By accessing the website at http://gerlyto.com and https://fullbodyyes.gerlyto.com/, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
SOULSPARK Coaching reserves the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to The FULL BODY YES Formula program ("the Program") for the Client if reasonably required by the prevailing circumstances.
The Client agrees to be open, present and prepared to complete the work that has been assigned. The Client is responsible for his/her own success and implementation of objectives met.
All information shared within the group setting requires an understanding and respect of mutual confidentiality.
SOULSPARK Coaching do not solve medical issues nor treat disease and is therefore not a replacement for Client’s healthcare provider, doctor, therapist or physician.
Coaching does not substitute therapy. If the Client is presently under any form of pshychiatric care, psychological therapy, specialised medical supervision or under the influence of any form of medication, the Client is to inform the SOULSPARK Coaching prior to working together. The Client is adviced to talk to his/her healthcare provider about any questions they may have regarding a medical condition. Nothing contained in the Program is intended to be used for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.
The Program is not meant to diagnose or cure any mental health conditions. If there are conditions or concerns that arise that are not within the scope of the Program the SOULSPARK Coaching reserves the right to redirect the Client to seek professional mental health services.
The Client has agreed to understand that the use of technology is not always secure and accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube or other technology platforms that may be used to facilitate the Program.
By agreeing to join the Program the Client understands and takes full responsibility for their own well-being during the Program and subsequently their choices, behaviors, and decisions.
2. Services provided
The FULL BODY YES Formula online group coaching program includes 12 recorded video trainings, homework assignments, 3 self-reflection weeks, and for those who choose "Premium Package" or "All Inclusive" opt-in option also weekly live group coaching sessions held in a video call platform “Zoom” in the course of 4 months.
Live sessions include working towards the participants personal transformations and assigning additional personal ‘self work’ to do if and when needed. E-mail and Telegram chat support is available throughout the program. The Coach and other group members, including the Client, will support one another by holding each other accountable for following through with the changes the Client and other participants want to make, and by celebrating the Client’s and other participants personal transformations and wins.
In the event the Client wishes to terminate the participation prior the completion of the Program, that Client will be required to provide written notice to the Coach before the first 21 days is over.
3. Methodology
The participant agrees to be open-minded to the Coach’s coaching methods and partake in methods proposed. The client understands that the Coach has made no gurantees as to the outcome of the coaching sessions or the Program.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on SOULSPARK Coaching's websites are provided on an 'as is' basis. SOULSPARK Coaching makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, SOULSPARK Coaching does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
The information contained in the Program is not intented nor implied to be a substitue for professional medical advice. It is provided for educational purposes only. The Client assumes full responsibility for how they choose to use this information.
By participating in this Program, the Client acknowledges that the Coach is not a medical doctor or a psychologist. The Client acknowledges that the Coach is not medically qualified, is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, does not warrant the accuracy of any information provided, is not liable for any losses the Client may suffer by relying on the Coach’s advice.
By participating in group sessions, the Client acknowledges that the information provided during sessions is not intended nor implied to be substitute for medical advice. The Coach may provide the Client with information relating to products, tools or techniques that the Coach believes might benefit the Client, but such information is not to be taken as an endorsement or recommendation. The Coach is not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences that may result, either directly or indirectly, from any information provided.
5. Intellectual property rights
In respect of the documents, videos, worksheets and other materials specifically created for this program, SOULSPARK Ltd maintains all the copyright, other intellectual property rights and any other data or material used or subsisting in the Program whether finished or unfinished. Nothing presented in the Program shall transfer ownership of or rights to any intellectual property of the Coach to the Client.
6. Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing on SOULSPARK Coaching's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SOULSPARK Coaching does not warrant that any of the materials on its websites are accurate, complete or current. SOULSPARK Coaching may make changes to the materials contained on its websites at any time without notice. However SOULSPARK Coaching does not make any commitment to update the materials.
7. Payment and refund policy
The Client agrees to pay for participating in the Program based on the three packages provided (Offline Mode, Premium Package or All Inclusive). Exept the otherwise provided, all monetary amounts referred to on the Opt-in & Payment pages are shown in USD.
In the event that the Client wishes to terminante their participation prior to completion of the Program but where the Services have been partially performed, the Coach will be entitled to pro rata payment to the date of termination.
The Client can upgrade their chosen package at any time in the course of the Program by contacting the Coach based on their mutual agreement.
The Coach does not offer refunds to ensure that the Client is fully committed to the coaching. If an unforeseen circumstance occurs that causes the Client to quit the Program, the Coach may decide to partially refund at her discretion.
In the event the Client fails to make any of the payments within the payment plan during the time prescribed, the Coach has the right to immediately disallow participation by the Client until the payment is paid in full, including disallowing access to modules, materials, and coaching calls or sessions.
The Coach will not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection with providing the Services of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Links
SOULSPARK Coaching has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its websites and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SOULSPARK Coaching of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
9. Modifications
SOULSPARK Coaching may revise these terms and conditions for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, regardless of the conflict of laws principles thereof.
